Troubleshooting in Morocco

I come to you following my request for intervention of January 20, 2020 at 9:30 p.m. for a blocked satellite dish, impossible to close.
I would like to thank your technician who, thanks to his professionalism, was able to respond to our request by advising us in order to remedy this anomaly.
